FLYING C BAR RANCH CLINICS
After all the years of trials and tribulations in the equine industry,
feast some years famine the others, high and
lows of losing and winning, the blood, sweat,
tears and confusion of why are we still craving
it with such a passion all else is immaterial.
Honestly, it was night after night asking why
and hoping the next morning the answer would
come.
If you have felt the same way and can’t seem to put the whole package
together, we would love
to help. The equine industry even through all
the disappointments, has been very good to us
over the years and getting better ever year. You
ask why? We have taken all the issues that
caused the frustration and have put a successful
program together from our mistakes that were
made in the past. We have simplified our entire
program by staying the course and applying
techniques that will enhance any equine program.
Nutrition, proper shoeing, lameness, behavioral patterns and last but not
least caused by the first four, training issues.
We have gone through the products and expense to
succeed in the equine industry. We have
eliminated the costly expense of veterinarians,
chiropractors, corrective blacksmith the massive
supplement products on the market today that
tells us this will fix our problem and the next
week were back to scratching our heads again and
wondering why.
Bruce and myself are approached every week with questions about all the
above problems. How do you keep your hair coats
the best in the industry? How do you keep such
long manes and tails on all your horses, by the
way we are talking over 100 head. Imagine me
having to groom each horse everyday to get these
effects. Your horses are so bright and stop
harder than most, how do you keep your stallions
so well behaved? Your horse are not sore, how
come? How do you keep this many on the road and
win on them all? Believe it or not, it’s quite
simple. We have taken years of experience and
have put it in a simply package that anyone can
understand. Many amateurs and non pros, after
staying three days here on the ranch have gone
home and taken charge of their equine program.
They have eliminated all the costly expenses
pertaining to their horses, trainers, vets,
blacksmith and chiropractors. The most important
part of the new structure is that their winning
on healthy, happy horses and doing it
themselves. That’s not to say that at some point
they will need help, but when they do, they have
taken charge of their horses and have the
knowledge to ask the right questions to better
enhance their program.
If after reading the four paragraphs above, you stop for a minute, during
that minute you think, boy would I love to take
charge of my equine program. It’s time for me to
learn nutrition. I want a beautiful hair coat
and a long flowing mane and tail. I would like
to pinpoint lameness. Is my horse sore, where
and how do I start to find the problem myself
and how do I fix the problem? Is my horse shod
right? Can behavioral problems be carried over
to training problems? If so, how do I fix the
not wanting to turn, raring up or just flat
running off? My horse might not be so bad, it
might just be something simple I am missing.
It doesn’t matter what part of the equine industry you participate or
compete in. Every horse whether they are
cutting, reining, dressage, roping, barrel or
just a professional athlete at keeping his
family happy are one and the same. Big or small,
black, white or sorrel, each individual horse is
the same when it comes to caring for them.
Through all the years there is one thing that I
have learned and absolutely know for a fact. “ I
have never meet a bad horse. They are all born
without vices, we as owners and handlers have
created the problems that inflicts their
behavior each and every day”.
If you are experiencing problems with your horse, give us a call. We
offer one on one clinics here on the ranch.
Provisions are made here on the ranch for you
and your horse to be our quest. Do yourself and
your horse a favor, take the time to learn and
understand every aspect of your horse. Whatever
equine event your participate in, this my friend
will make both you and your horse a winning
team.
